September 15th, 2021, is the 74th Independence Day of the Free Territory of Trieste. This year, Free Trieste celebrates with two initiatives.
10 February: the 1947 Treaty of Peace makes Trieste an independent State and international Free Port

Trieste taxation lawsuit: appeal before the Court of Cassation
23 June 2020: the Trieste Court of Appeal lodged its decision in the civil lawsuit regarding Trieste taxation. Immediate appeal before the Court of Cassation.
Free Trieste has joined the civil lawsuit for the international Free Port and is organizing further interventions of citizens and enterprises
Free Trieste supports a civil lawsuit for the international Free Port of the Free Territory of Trieste and collects further interventions until December 2022.
