Trieste, 26 October 2015. – Today (26.10) the I.P.R. F.T.T. – International Provisional Representative of the Free Territory of Trieste held its second press conference. The event took place in the central Piazza della Borsa 7. The I.P.R. F.T.T. announced the names of its representatives. In particular, the head of the General Secretariat, the Department Directors, and the delegations that are already active abroad and before international bodies, as well as the beginning of the collection of other delegation acts by citizens and enterprises.
The I.P.R. F.T.T. is established as a political-diplomatic mission. It acts upon delegation by subjects of provate, public and international law entitles with rights and legittimate interests relating to the Free Territory of Trieste and its international Free Port, which the provisional Italian Government is not representing. In particular, it is the commercial, manufacturing productive, fiscal and financial rights, as well as eights related to banking and insurances, held by the citizens of Trieste and all other States.
The Director of the General Secretariat and Department I (Foreign Affairs, Communication and Security) is Paolo G. Parovel. The Director of Department III (Civil, Political, Economic, Cultural and Environmental Rights) is Roberto Giurastante. Currently, the name of the Director of Department II (Economy and Finances) is confidential, since their office is in charge of contacting enterprises and investors.
Finally, other delegates with economic roles are already active abroad. In particular, in the US, in Austria, in the Czech Republic, and before the UN.
