FREE TRIESTE AS ANTIDOTE TO DECADES OF ILLEGALITY

A State on the brink of economic and social collapse, with public officers who, in breach of its own domestic laws, since 1954 forces simulate its sovereignty over another State, which is actually sub-entrusted to its Government under a special trusteeship mandate, yet, making it pay huge undue taxes.

A local system of power: in words, loyal to the foreign State, in facts, committing all kind of crimes in its name, and perpetrating itself with a harsh selection of the most negative elements, isolating the positive forces of society in order to to parasitize, impoverish, and deceive the citizens of their own State.

An international Free Port, the only one in Europe and in the world, ransacked by that collaborationist élite that, by impoverishing and overtaxing it, diverts its precious traffics to Italian ports, making Trieste a hub for fuel and for the Italian Mafia’s waste.

The long-suffering citizens uniting in a Movement to exercise their rights, granted by the 1947 Treaty of Peace in force, refusing the mafia-style rule forced on them with decades of propagandas worth a dictatorship.

Those are the main elements of “Question Trieste”.

Which means, the elements of the current legal struggle to re-establish legality in the present-day Free Territory of Trieste.

On the 15th of Settembre 2013, anniversary of the Trieste’s independence from Italy, for the first time thousand of citizens marched in the streets of the capital city of the FTT, proclaiming their longing for freedom: they cannot bear the breaches of the temporary civil administration entrusted to their Government, the Italian Government: they have already addressed a notice of default to it.

The local Government turned the administration into a simulation of sovereignty with corruption and lies.

The reaction of the local Italian authorities to the awakening of the people of the Free Territory was arrogant indifference, but that must not be misinterpreted. The citizens of the FTT are learning a lot about their rights: international and even Italian domestic law are by their side.

The representatives of the Italian State and of the Italian Government don’t know and cannot answer back, all they have is political claims without legal bases, which end up confirming that they are trampling on the international legal order.

But they are also trampling on the Italian Republic’s legal foundations: when a State’s bodies claim that their own Constitution is scrap paper, the citizen’s rights, legal certainty, and the rule of law are left hanging. And, if that fragile thread breaks, it all sinks in the abyss of dictatorship.

In Trieste, many fear this event, because legal certainly is regularly trampled on, including by all local representatives and officers of the Italian Government, who are responsible =of the simulation of Italian sovereignty over their State, the present-day Free Territory.

The citizens and the rule of law

When all public officers neglect the law, then they deny international treaties and their own domestic laws, including their Constitution, only to use the law as a tool to punish ordinary citizens and to protect the nefarious Mafia-like circles of power (often hidden behind pseudo-masonic lodges, as denounced by the good British-US administration: LINK), when even the judiciary, despite being subject only to the law, rewrites laws and treaties with its ordinances just to support a collaborationist élite, when the very bodies of a State watch in silence the crimes committed in their very name, then it is time for the citizens to stand for legality, claiming the re-establishment of the rule of law.

The Free Trieste Movement, because of its legal bases and legal means, is a big problem for the widespread Italian Mafias and for the democratically weak European Union of denied rights: the part ruled by the banks. To the point European intelligence is focusing on the situation with dismay.

Is it possible preventing the antidote to decades of illegality from making effect?
