18 April 2016: Roberto Giurastante describes a sit-in on the Free Territory’s border with Italy. Trieste is its own State, with its own rights.
11 April 2016: Free Trieste lodged a complaint against “Equitalia S.p.A” because its forms are “deceptive” and prevent tax payers from exercising their rights.
In the Free Territory of Trieste, fuels would be cheaper than in Italy: being independent, Trieste wouldn’t levy excise duties or other Italian taxes on fuel.
UPDATE: in July 2017 the Court of Trieste ruled that Free Trieste’s demonstration for the Northern Free Port was not subversive.
26 January 2016: Free Trieste requests the National Social Security Agency to de-tax pensions paid to citizens and residents of the Free Territory.
