Sit-ins on the border: Free Trieste reacts in legal terms to provocation attempts

During our sit-ins on the border during the 12 – 13 March weekend, Italian police was ordered to have the border signs paced by the Free Trieste Movement – FTM removed. Facing a refusal to execute an illegitimate order, the police sanctioned the President of Free Trieste, Roberto Giurastante, who did immediately question the intervention of the police, having his declaration, with which he stated once again the legal status of the Free Territory of Trieste – FTT, as well as the illegitimacy of the action of Italian police, entered in the minute.
