international representations and delegations from citizens and enterprises.
On Monday, 26 October 2015 the IPR FTT – International Provisional Representative of the Free Territory of Trieste announces to the press the first names of the its heads, in particular, the Secretary General of the Departments Directors, as well as the international delegates that are already active and the opening of delegation procedures. Citizens and enterprises of Trieste and other States can all participate.
The press conference is held at 11.30AM in the conference hall of the head office Movimento Trieste Libera, at Trieste in piazza della Borsa 7. The I.P.R. F.T.T. is established since 16 September 2015 as diplomatic mission for the representation of State of the Free Territory of Trieste abroad, both in other States and in the relations with the international organizations of which the Free Territory is already a Member or associated State from 1947 to our days.
The foreign representation of the Free Territory of Trieste had been obtained by the Italian Government in 1954 as temporary civil trustee and successor, in this role, to the specific British-US Allied Military Government, the AMG FTT. The Italian Government preserved the local administration, but has since deactivated the foreign representation in order to prevent international complaints against its own violations, which are now being presented by the IPR FTT.
