FREE PRESS: NO TO LIBERTICIDE ITALIAN LAWS IN THE FREE TERRITORY OF TRIESTE!

What is rebellion in a State of unrighteousness? It is the legitimate affirmation of one’s rights.

UNIVERSALE DECLARATION OF HUMAN RIGHTS (United Nations General Assembly, – 10 December 1948)

Everyone has the right to freedom of opinion and expression; this right includes freedom to hold opinions without interference and to seek, receive and impart information and ideas through any media and regardless of frontiers (Art. 19).

In order to submit the people, all tyrannic regimes must have full command of information. A control that is gained by the mean of a strict, negative selection of the heads of the fourth power who must grant their absolute loyalty to the established powers. Journalists on the leash, and citizens chained in the “free” prison of State propaganda.

In Italy, this universal concept of anti-law has been fully implemented and executed ever since the birth of the State, under the strict control of deviated masonry, in 1861 and it continues to the present day through semi-libertarian, dictatorial and partially democratic forms of Government.

Limiting, to te point of preventing, the free exercise of the right to freedom of opinion has been one of the earliest concerns of the newly founded, post-Fascist Republic od Italy. Which, by the mean of one of its awful laws, decided to regulate the broadcast of news by silencing, or even better, confirming the silence, of press and the “uncontrolled” broadcasting of news.

We are talking about law No. 47 of 1948  (law on press) which, limiting freedom of expression, does clearly constitute a breach of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, which is even undersigned by Italy.

In Italy, in order to publish a newspaper, it is necessary registering that at the Courthouse, providing the name of a responsible director who belongs to the Association of Journalists. A professional association established during Fascism that is used for no other but keeping under control public information.

An actual caste that, like the many other castes of the corrupted Republic of Italy, is of use to cesure the continuity of a system of power which since longer than 150 years maintains essentially unchanged its own structure, by simply recycling itself and coming back under different forms of Government to rules that follow each other in the Bel paese.

In 2017, in Italy, the free expression of one’s thought is still a crime: like during the twenty years of the Fascist regime. Unless you submit to the control of the Association of Journalists. Those who grant order in the “free” system of information built up in the Republic of Italy.

The liberticide Italian Law No. 47 of 1948 is extended to the present-day FTT on 1956 by the Commissioner for the Territory of Trieste with his Decree No. 23 (Disposizioni sulla Stampa / Measures on Press) and, from that moment, it becomes also a law of the Free Territory of Trieste.

One of the many Italian laws (alike to those on Military Service LINK) that were extended to the present-day Free Territory of Trieste to simulate the re-establishment of the former Italian sovereignty over it; this time with at least two negative results: the number of newspapers published in Trieste diminishes to the monopolistic local newspaper Il Piccolo and, on the other side, that did immediately adapt to theItalian nationalistic propagandas that hide the true status of the FTT, of its international Free Port, as well as all consequent civil and fiscal rights not only of the people of Trieste, but also of other States.

This is clear also to the few, courageous journalists who, every day, fight a harsh battle in the Free Territory of Trieste, facing many risks, to defend free information and free press from this system of institutional corruptions that Italy has settled also here in the Free Territory of Trieste.

In the 2016 World Press Freedom Index published by Reporters sans frontiere, Italy downgraded to the 77th place (way too benevolently, as knowns whoever knows the situation of Italy) out of 180 Countries involved: the picture shows a semi-democracy, in which the powerful systems supported by organised criminality have a strong influence on both the policy and administration of the State.

However, if the analysis were extended to the Free Territory of Trieste, the situation would worsen drastically. It would mean discussing about free press in a State administered (exploited) as colony, and where the circles of power, controlled by Italian criminal organizations, has become an undisputed government rule, to which is enough hiding behind an old-fashioned and brutal nationalism to easily obtain maximum protection.
