…I was before Court to oppose a request to pay a fee for raising the question of the lack of Italian jurisdiction over the Free Territory of Trieste.
12 August 2011: Roberto Giurastante opens blog “Environment and Legality”. Two years later, in 2013, he looks back at the re-opening of Question Trieste.
5 January 2012: after Roberto Giurastante, also a Gorizia-based lawyer declares before Court that Trieste does not belong to Italy since 1947.
No law allows Equitalia to collect Italian taxes in Trieste. Trieste in independent from Italy, and it has the right to its own, fair taxation.
On December 14th, 2011, before the Court of Trieste, I questioned Italian authority over the city of Trieste and over the Free Territory of Trieste (FTT).
