Recently, I was reported for an alleged defamation, so today [November 29th, 2014] the Polizia Giudiziaria (State Police) interrogated me on Public Prosecutor Federico Frezza’s request.
He is also the person Carlo Mastelloni, General Prosecutor in Trieste, tasked with investigating matters regarding the Free Trieste Movement (MTL).
Some unusual duty indeed, but also one more evidence of how dangerous our legalitarian Movement is for the local nationalistic “camorra” – the gang that parasitizes Trieste since decades.
The plaintiff is lawyer Nicola Sponza, Free Trieste’s former lawyer, now secretary of “TL3”, a fake pro-independence gang that enjoys the local system’s support.
The local judiciary was quick to receive Sponza’s complaint. Not so much in the past 60 years, when Trieste was deprived of its rights. In brach of international as of Italian law.
Lawyer Nicola Sponza is TL3’s political secretary. TL3’s main goal is getting rid of Free Trieste. And then running in the local elections. Election that are illegal in the present-day Free Territory because their purpose if simulating Italian sovereignty over it.
Today, standing before Court, I declared my citizenship of the Free Territory. Then I lodged the new exception of jurisdiction. I declared null and void all measures issued in simulation of Italian sovereignty. Indeed, the Court should exercise Trieste’s jurisdiction under the Italian Government’s special trusteeship mandate (see translation note).
I refused to be interrogated by authorities that are since long denying the civil rights of the people of the Free Territory. It is an international crime. And I am the “inconvenient” witness.
On his side, lawyer Nicola Sponza, TL3’s political secretary, han’t bothered questioning the simulation of Italian sovereignty over Trieste in his documentation.
This is not surprising. He does nothing unusual for TL3’s representatives: when they sue us, they never question Italian sovereignty over Trieste. All they want is to destroy the Free Trieste Movement.
