The Free Trieste Movement is not a for-profit organization: it exists thanks to the tireless work of it volunteers, and thanks to the generous donations of its members and supporters.

At the same time, Free Trieste offers a selection of merchandise: pins, flags, t-shirts, and more.

Flag of State of the Free Territory of Trieste

In 1947, when the Treaty of Peace with Italy established the Free Territory of Trieste, the red flag with a white helbard became its of State (Annex VI, Art. 8). During the administration of the AMG FTT, the first Government of the new State, this banner was correctly flied as the flag of State of Trieste and now we can display it too, as a tangible sign of our stand to re-establish the rule of law in the present-day FTT. Friendship pin: Austria & Free Territory of Trieste

The establishment of Austrian twin organization Bewegung Freies Triest – Österreich (Free Trieste Movement - Austria) was celebrated creating a friendship pin with the Austrian flag and the banner of the Free Territory of Trieste: it does not only represent the historical connection between the two of them, which dates back to 1382, but also the common struggle of the two organization to re-establish the rule of law in Trieste. A friendship pin to remember that the Free Territory of Trieste is under the United Nations own protection since 10 January 1947, by virtue of UNSC Resolution S/RES/16 (1947). Price: EUR 5.

To commemorate the good administration of the Allied Military Government of the Free Territory of Trieste (AMG FTT), Free Trieste has made this friendship pin with the flag of the Free Terrtory of Trieste and of the Star Spangled Banner, United, representing the important moral and economic support that the United States have granted to the FTT and to its international Free Port during the 7 years of Anglo-American administration.
